To troubleshoot the issue, I suggest that you can perform the below steps.
Suggestion 1: DNS Scavenging
==========
1. Disable scavenging on all DNS servers except one. (DNS console -> Server
->Properties->Advanced-> Uncheck the option "Scavenge the records once they
become stale")
2. On a particle server, let's say "DC1", we enable scavenging.
Suggestion 2:
===========
Run the following commands in the command prompt on DNS server.
net stop netlogon
net stop dns
net start netlogon
net start dns
Suggestion 3:
==========
Change the no-refresh & refresh intervals to 1 day each in Aging on zone
level and server level, then delete the duplication DNS hostname record in
DNS console, attempt Manual scavenging immediately by right-clicking on the
DNS Server and clicking "Scavenge stale resource records". When asked to
confirm that you want to scavenge all stale resource records on the server,
click OK.
Then please check whether the issue persists.

If the issue persists, please help me to collect the below information from
the DNS server.
File 1. Dump the record from the DNS server using the below command:
1. Logon DNS server, go to command prompt,
2. type this command and press Enter:
dnscmd /zoneExport FQDN_of_zonename Zone_export_file.
For example: dnscmd /ZoneExport maggy.com MSzone.txt
3. Send the zone file mszone.txt to me, the default file location is:
c:\windows\system32\dns\
File 2. MPS report:
a. Visit
http://download.microsoft.com/download/b/b/1/bb139fcb-4aac-4fe5-a579-30b0bd9
