1. Open Exchange Management Console.
2. Click 'Toolbox', Run the 'Best Practices Analyzer' in the work pane.
3. In the Welcome page, click 'Select options for a new scan', select the
Exchange 2007 server.
4. Click 'Start a new Best Practices scan', enter an identifying label,
then click 'Start scanning'.
5. After it finishes running, click 'View a report', click 'Export report',
save the report as .XML file.
6. Please save the .XML file to .RAR file and then send to me.
