Please download MPS Reporting Tool from the following link:

b. Right click MPSRPT_PFE.EXE and select Run as Administrator to run this
tool, and you will see a Command Window start up.
c. Please type Y with the message of MPSReports.cab file.

a. Collect EXBPA log

1. Open Exchange Management Console.
2. Click 'Toolbox', Run the 'Best Practices Analyzer' in the work pane.
3. In the Welcome page, click 'Select options for a new scan', select the
Exchange 2007 server.
4. Click 'Start a new Best Practices scan', enter an identifying label,
then click 'Start scanning'.
5. After it finishes running, click 'View a report', click 'Export report',
save the report as .XML file.
6. Please save the .XML file to .RAR file and then send to me.

b. Collect MPS report

1. Please download a tool from the following link:

15706/MPSRPT_Exchange.EXE

2. Double-click the downloaded EXE file to collect the MPS report.
3. Please send the generated CAB file to me.

4. When the tool is done you will see an Explorer Window opening up the
%systemroot%\MPSReports\Setup\Reports\cab folder and containing a
MPSReports.cab
